How did UMG Buyer's Edge access my credit card information?
UMG provides membership-based services and affinity merchandise offers. We partner with Fortune
500 companies. Through these partnerships, we offer customers benefits that save money,
provide convenience and peace of mind.
Customers take advantage and register for Buyer’s Edge programs through the internet,
mail and telephone. If you do not want to accept the Buyer’s Edge benefits, you can
simply cancel your membership at anytime by calling 1-866-508-3564, Monday - Friday,
7:30am - 7:00pm CST. If you cancel during your trial period, you'll receive a full refund.
After that, you can request a refund of your current month's membership fee.
Buyer's Edge appeared on my credit card statement. I don’t want it.

What is a Member ID?
A Member ID is a unique identification number assigned to you by Buyer's Edge to prove your
eligibility for benefits. The first time you register, we need you to provide your Member
ID in order to locate your enrollment records. Your Member ID is at the top of the welcome
letter in the Membership materials you were sent when you enrolled. If you cannot locate
this information, contact customer service at 1-866-508-3564, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm CST.
How do I get a Member ID?
If you joined online and provided an e-mail address a confirmation e-mail would be sent to
you including your Member ID. If we did not have an e-mail address, you would receive your
Member ID via mail in approximately 10 - 14 business days. You can also call customer
service at 1-866-508-3564, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm CSTto verify your Membership
and ask for your Member ID number.
When will I receive my Buyer’s Edge membership materials?
Your Buyer's Edge membership materials will arrive 10-14 days. If you enrolled via the web
you may have received a confirmation e-mail within 2 business days.
Am I committed to being a Member?
No, you may cancel your Membership by calling our billing services center at 1-866-508-3564,
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm CST.
Is my Membership secure?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card and Membership information from
unauthorized access. When you place an order online, the SSL scrambles or encrypts your
information before it is sent to us over the Internet. This protects your credit card
information from being read while it is transferred through cyberspace. When we receive your
order, the information is kept encrypted until we are ready to process your request.
Who is covered by my Membership?
Your Member benefits apply to your spouse and any dependant members of your immediate family.

What is the difference between the Savings Place and the Discount Buying Service?
The Savings Place allows you to shop online 24 hours a day, seven days a week and earn Cash Back on each purchase. When you've earned $25, we'll send you a check.
The Discount Buying Service allows you to shop via phone directly with distributors. You save money at the time of purchase because the distributors don't have to worry about the retail cost of advertising or selling the merchandise.
How does the Cash Back Savings work?
It's is as easy as 1-2-3! From the shopping tab, select online shopping then link to Savings Place to select from hundreds of popular retailers and determine what percent Cash Back you get. Click on the retailer you want to shop at. Then shop and checkout as you normally would. We'll automatically track your purchases, calculate your Cash Back earnings and send out checks automatically when you hit the $25 threshold.
NOTE: To ensure you earn Cash Back, you must order online using the link from Buyer's Edge Savings Place to access the retailer's Web site.
